“For me the Practioners Development Program was all about enriching and building foundations. Encouraged through Rebecca, who offers a very sensitive space to honestly express and being confirmed, what is already substantially there, as an important puzzle in building foundations. As well as being very held from the group and one to one sharings with a partner during the program. The group meetings had different themes but have been flowing to what was naturally coming up. So, every sharing in the group from the participants was equally enriching.“

What is on offer here is not only personal development in the area of your scope of work, what I experienced was a deep connection with the participants, which was absolutely gorgeous, and a deeper connection (embodiment), with how every move is interrelated with how you are within and out your practice environment/s. I have absolutely loved being on the Practitioner Development mentoring Program. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I soon realised what a support it was going to be over the 10-week program. Rebecca brings incredible enrichment to each participant and so much more, that any self-doubt just melts away. Having a partner to work with in between sessions has also been super supportive.

The relationship with ourselves is key to being an effective Practitioner, and this core aspect is fully addressed during the program. When I saw Rebecca's offer for the Practitioner Development Program it was an instant YES. Whilst I signed up for development as a Counselling practitioner, the program expanded way beyond that into my (other) professional life - and the support and insights that were offered in starting a new role at the same time as starting a new business was huge. Not to mention the backing of fire and celebrating each person's design. I literally couldn't speak more highly of Rebecca and this program. Each woman (we were a group of all women) present felt deeply held by Rebecca and by each other, and often we would comment about the celebration of each other and how we were able to be with each other without comparison or jealousy - made possible by Rebecca holding that standard and quality. Rebecca also has an enormous capacity to read what's needed for each participant in the group with pinpoint precision and delivers it in the most celebratory, beholding way. She is a true champion of people and gets 110% behind fire to support each individual with their unfoldment and living their design - and doing so with integrity and responsibility.

We can only deepen so far on our own. The format of these groups was simple and practical, yet the experience of support, both within the meetings and beyond, was profound. The quality of Rebecca’s facilitation was key. She created a space that naturally drew us out, inviting each of us to recognize and affirm our particular angle on life while uncovering what might be getting in the way.

As a result, I found myself opening up in ways I had not anticipated. The impact extended into my wider life, both personally and professionally, with an undeniable sense of uplift. Self-limiting thoughts fell away, I was drawn to even more collaborative ways of working, and expansive ideas flowed more freely. The link between this programme and the growth in my work was undeniable. Notably, Rebecca never once veered into coaching, yet the depth of change I experienced far exceeded any coaching arrangement I have encountered. Groupwork is interesting for its shared themes. Though we were an international group, working in diverse roles and living far apart, each week revealed unexpected common ground. There was something unforced and unplanned between us as we lived each week between the sessions, deepening together. Despite our differences, there was a strong sense of equality in experience. Presence in what we were doing was valued over what we were doing, or how experienced we were. Each week, we shared openly, without the usual tendency to separate personal and professional life. There was a natural, unspoken acknowledgment that the two cannot be divided—they are inextricably connected and influence each other. Interestingly, this did not lead to lengthy personal stories. Instead, Rebecca’s deeply supportive yet forthright facilitation fostered unity, mutual respect, and shared responsibility within the group.

Rebecca is an excellent facilitator of group work. Her innate ability to hold a group in equivalence creates a safe space in which all can share and allows a beautiful flow through each session. She skilfully exposes what is holding you back whilst simultaneously celebrates so joyfully all that is true and supportive in your life. And you leave each class feeling empowered through the group work no matter who has brought what to the table on that day.

When I signed up to attend the Practitioner Development Program, I had a picture of Rebecca sharing her experiences of being a very successful practitioner for many years.  Instead, I received the incredible holding of being with a group who were truly backing each other as well as the powerful wisdom from Rebecca and the other women about what would support the next steps in my own unfolding as a woman and a practitioner.  I found Rebecca’s ability to share exactly what was needed to unlock a held pattern and to confirm each woman’s innate qualities was just what was needed. The depth of change in myself has been way beyond what I thought the course would offer. I am completing the course far more in love with my own divine qualities and how this will support the women who receive my birth services.

This course has been life changing for me. It’s helped me feel the power that is my expression and the magnificence we can walk in when truly moving in connection with it. I’ve adored the way Rebecca has guided us in seeing the vast love that is behind everything that comes to us and we do, it’s been super joyful to hear her supporting others, as well as me in the group, to expand on what we’ve expressed, sometimes surprisingly so, even excruciatingly for the benefit of all. This program has exceeded anything I had expected from it (of course). Not only have practices been expanded hugely but our livingness, movements and the way we view ourselves too.
